Gary Neville is set to perform as a DJ at Kendal Calling music festival, where Noel Gallagher, The Streets and Paulo Nutini will be headlining.

This collaboration follows Neville's previous stint playing guitar with The Charlatans in 2015 at his venue, Hotel Football, which had around 150 people in attendance.

"I'm very excited about the prospect of DJing with Gary – he's got great taste in music," Burgess said.
"The last time we shared a stage was when he joined The Charlatans on guitar. Can't promise we'll be doing any songs together but there might be an impromptu singalong at some point."
Neville, known for his legendary career with Manchester United, has recently diversified his activities. In addition to his punditry on Sky Sports, he is a successful businessman and even appeared on Dragons' Den last week. This move into the music scene showcases Neville's multifaceted interests and talents beyond the football world.
Neville continues to follow his former club week in and out and might have an eye on United's next game against Newport County on Sunday in the FA Cup. Newport manager, Graham Coughlan, who has been a lifelong United fan, has warned the Premier League giants of a “unique and hostile” atmosphere at Rodney Parade as the League Two side aim to stage an upset.
